Self Exclusion — Casino Blocker · Last updated: 23 July 2026 · getselfexclude.com

Self Exclusion helps you block gambling sites on your own device. We do not create user accounts, and we do not ask for your name, email, or payment details.

What stays on your device

Blocking itself uses Chrome’s network APIs on your machine. It does not require an account to work.

Optional usage data (opt-in)

If you enable anonymous usage data during setup (or later in Settings), the extension may send limited events to the Self Exclusion update server you configure:

The server may store a short hash of the connecting IP for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Raw IP addresses are not stored in these telemetry tables.

This data is off by default. You can turn it on or off anytime in extension Settings. Protection works fully without it.

What we do not collect

Blocklist updates

If auto-update is enabled, the extension may fetch a public domain list and version metadata from your configured update server. That sync does not require usage telemetry to be on.

Your choices

Children

This extension is intended for adults seeking gambling self-exclusion tools. It is not directed at children.
